2. Media & Marketing
As per our Terms (Section 12), we may use photographs and videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your image to be used, you must inform us in writing at info@sunsummitandsafaris.com prior to departure.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share your data only with necessary service providers (Hotels, Kenya Wildlife Service for park fees, and Airlines) to fulfill your itinerary. We do not sell data to advertisers.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or request its deletion after your trip is completed.
